Construction Site Security in Chicago

Valle Services provides construction site security in Chicago and all suburbs. Job sites are easy targets for theft and vandalism, especially at night and on weekends. With 45 years in business, we put trained guards on your site, 24/7.

Theft and After-Hours Coverage

• Nights and weekends: a guard on site from the last crew out to the first crew in.
• Patrols: rounds of the site, fencing, trailers and laydown areas.
• Equipment and materials: checks on machines, tools, copper, lumber and stored materials.
• Trespassers: kept off the site, with police called when needed.
• Reports: every incident written up for your site manager.
• Armed or unarmed: unarmed guards for most sites, armed guards when theft or threats call for it.

Gate and Deliveries

• Gate control: contractors, subs and visitors signed in and out.
• Delivery check-in: trucks, drivers, times and materials logged.
• After hours: the gate stays locked, and only people on your list get in.
• Daily log: sent to your superintendent or project manager.

Fire watch: our guards can also run logged fire watch rounds during hot work or while the sprinkler or alarm system is down.
